  • As an L2 Cloud support engineer providing technical support and Server Administration for all web hosting servers (Linux, Windows, Java).
  • Working with teams of talented software engineers to define, build and maintain cloud infrastructure.
  • Email Reputation, Resolving email filtering & blocking issues, and Resolving Email deliverability issues, Which includes authentication methods SPF, DMARC, and DKIM.
  • Web hosting control panels: WHM/cPanel, Plesk, Direct Admin. Gathering & analyzing client requirements to recommend potential products or services.
  • Monitoring systems in operation and quickly troubleshooting errors. Removed malware, ransomware, and other threats from the Hosting server and hosting accounts.
  • Handled customer calls, LiveChat, and tickets with a focus on providing exceptional support and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

  • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines. Develop and maintain system security policies.

    It encompasses various classifications, including domains, web hosting, web applications, web browsers, ports, and front-end and back-end development.

    After starting my career in an L1 support role, I gained valuable insights into the technologies used in hosting servers, website development, and related areas. Over time, I developed a deeper understanding of security implementations, database management, UI design, deployment processes, and other essential technologies.

    Cloud Server Support

    The primary responsibilities include cloud design, planning, management, maintenance, and support.

    Gained expertise in configuring, deploying, and executing plans and solutions using cloud. Provided secure environments for clients. Acquired skills in automation scripting to minimize manual tasks, significantly reducing the time required for configuring applications on cloud servers. Implemented best practices on the cloud and documented them comprehensively.

    To minimize manual intervention in provisioning, configuring, and managing cloud or any simple/small process on work flow.

    After becoming proficient in scripting languages like Bash, our team successfully implemented an automation process for installing SSL certificates on various hosting panels, including cPanel, Plesk, and Direct Admin. This process validates the certificate using either CNAME or File Authentication methods.
